Bio

I was born in Kirkwood, Missouri outside of St. Louis.  After graduating from Kirkwood HS I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) and earned my bachelor's degree in Secondary Social Studies and was commissioned an officer in the Air Force.  I trained in Sacramento, CA at Mather AFB as a navigator and flew in KC-135 Stratotankers and spent a year at Castle AFB in Merced, CA and then a year here at Robins AFB.  I began my teaching career at Southwest HS in Macon and then moved to the Elberta Center.  I spent the next 15 years at what became the CrossRoads Center alternative school before moving over to Northside in 2013.  It's GREAT to be a Northside eagle!  I'm married to Mary Grizzle (a WRHS grad) and am proud of my two sons Alex and Nick, both students at Northside and active in both drama and the Blue Wind Marching Band.
