Bio

Ms. Drummond is a native of Warner Robins, Georgia. She earned an Executive Master's in Business Administration from Wesleyan College, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fort Valley State University. During her undergraduate tenure at FVSU she was initiated into the Alpha Beta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and remains active in the Sigma Epsilon Omega Graduate Chapter in Warner Robins, Georgia. Valeria recently earned her Computer Science endorsement and she also has her endorsement in Teacher Support and Coaching.

Ms. Drummond has worked in the field of education for thirteen years in three different counties; Bibb (six), Houston (two), and Peach (five). She has served in the following leadership roles: CTAE Department Chair, Advisement Team Lead, DECA Advisor, FBLA Advisor, National Technical Honor Society Advisor, Work-Based Learning Coordinator, LEAD CTAE, ACTE LEAD, Better Seeking Team, and PBIS Communicator. She has received numerous awards and accolades in the Career Technical field including GACTE New Teacher of the Year, Work Based Learning Top Gun, and GMA Teacher of the Year. Ms. Drummond was recently selected as a state board member for the Georgia Business Educators Association where she will serve as a Program Development Co-Chair!

Ms. Drummond believes in creating a safe and engaging learning environment based on her three R's.... Respect, Relationships, and Rewards! She believes that all children can learn but you must find out their "why" and teach them to always "Trust The Process" ! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spoiling her three beautiful nieces, attending sports events, traveling, and of course shopping.
